turned off or remains on when the systems enters a suspend state.

The Suspend Type option allows you to determine what suspend state the CPU will go
into when the system is in the suspend state.

MODEM Use IRQ [3]
The MODEM Use IRQ option tells the power management which IRQ it should monitor for
modem wakeup. The following options can be selected.

monitor is black, but still active (not powered
