view.

Enable the PPPoE server on
the interface and bind this
interface to the specified VT
interface.

(Optional.) Configure an
access controller (AC) name
for the PPPoE server.

(Optional.) Enable the PPPoE
server to support the
ppp-max-payload tag and
specify a range for the PPP
maximum payload.

Configure a service name for
the PPPoE server.
11.
(Optional.) Set the response
delay time for user access.
12.
Return to system view.
13.
Configure the PPPoE server
to perform authentication,
authorization, and
accounting for PPP users.

Setting the maximum number of PPPoE sessions

PPPoE can establish a session when none of the following maximum numbers are reached:
The maximum number of PPPoE sessions for a user on an interface.
The maximum number of PPPoE sessions for a VLAN on an interface.
The maximum number of PPPoE sessions on an interface.
The maximum number of PPPoE sessions on a card. (Distributed devices.)
The maximum number of PPPoE sessions on an IRF member device. (Centralized devices in IRF
mode.)
The maximum number of PPPoE sessions on a device. (Centralized devices in standalone mode.)
New maximum number settings apply only to subsequently established PPPoE sessions.
