Use the customer's computer for service activation. Do not use the installer laptop for
activation, unless the customer's computer is not working.
1. Open a supported web browser and type www.systemcontrolcenter.com into the address
bar; then press Enter.
The System Control Center home page appears, showing the Activate link below the HN9500
System Control Center screen title. See
home page
on page 53.
The Activate link appears only on a new installation when the router is ready to be activated
(after commissioning is complete). The Activate link is not present after activation is
completed.
