Verifying VADB functionality

Make sure VADB is functioning properly. To do this, you force activation of the VADB link
and then verify that it is working.
1. Make sure the satellite router is connected to the VADB telephone line.
2. On the installer laptop, launch a web browser and go to the Advanced Pages.
If you do not know how to go to the Advanced Pages, see
page 104.
3. In the Advanced Menu (in the left panel of the Advanced Configuration and Statistics screen),
click Vadb → Start Manual VADB.
Note: The menu entry Start Manual VADB is the command to start VADB; it forces
the router to activate the VADB link.
The router displays the VADB Manual Start Results page.
