(b) Start the engine.
(c) Depress the accelerator pedal all the way.
(d) Check the maximum speed.
Maximum speed:
1PZ and 1 HZ 4,500 - 4,700 rpm

(e) Adjust the maximum speed.
• Disconnect the accelerator linkage.
