Step
7 Check that the transfer belt steering mechanism lock
packaging was fully removed. If not removed before the
transfer belt lever is lowered, the transfer belt steering
mechanism lock might break and remain inside the machine
in the area, as showing in the following image (A).

8 Replace the transfer belt unit assembly. Go to
belt unit assembly removal" on page
