Press [ON LINE]. This takes you out of program mode,and
makesthe StarLaserPrinter8 readyto print.
Wheneveryouwantto changethe serialparameters,followthesame
sequenceas for selectingbaudrate. For example,to changethe data
bit, at SERIAL press [ENTER] then [NEXT] until DATA BIT is dk-
playedon thescreen.Pressing[ENTER] willdisplaythefirstoption,
and [NEXT] willgivethe rest of them. Press [ENTER] when your
choice appears on the screen. Finally,press [ON LINE], which
readiesthe StarLaserPrinter8 for printing.

thanXon/Xoff"soft"),set it fromthe SERIAL menuby
