The fontand emulationcartridgesplug into theprinter. They can be
insertedorwithdrawn atanytime,evenwhiletheprinterisinoperation.
If someonedoes this while the printer is on line, the printer will
immediatelygo off line, and the screenwill displayan operatorcall
message. After resolvingthe problem,you shouldpress [ERROR
SKIP], whichconfiguresthe unit. If you want to continueprinting,
press [ON LINE].
If a cartridgeis removedwhile it is being accessed,the screen will
display a message, if possible. After resolving the problem, the
operatorwillhavetoreinitialize theprimerbyturningthepoweroffand
thenon again.
