Thedecimalcharactercodeof eachcharacteris shownin an insetto thelower
rightof the character.
The hexadecimalcode can be foundby readingthe entriesat the top and left
edgesof thetable.Forexample,thecharacter"A" is in column4 androw 1,so
ip hexadecimalcharactercodeis 41.
Thisis equivalent(4 x 16+ 1 = 65) to decimal65, the numberin the inset.
