BASIC OPERATIONS
Thereare fourbasicoperationsperformedfrom thepanel:
OnLineandOffLine-Theprintercanreceiveinformation fromthe
computerandprintit onlywhenit is On Line. Whentheprinteris
OnLine,thelightonthe[ONLINE] buttonwilibeht. Forailotiier
functions,theprintermustbe Off Line. This is accomplished by
pressingthe [ON LINE] buttonuntilits lightis out.
Formfeed.- The printermay have unprintedinformationin its
memory. Thisis indicatedby the lightedDATAlight. To clearit
fromthe printer,takethe printerOff Line. Thenpress [PRINT].
Whenall the remaininginformationis printed,the paperwill be
ejectedand the DATAlightwillgo
out.
ErrorSkip- Incaseofanerror,theprinterwillgoOffLineandstop
printing.Iftheerrorisminor, it is ~ssibletocontinue printing.To
dothis,press[ERRORSKIP], then[ONLINE] untilitslightison.
