printer'sstatus,and alarmconditionsthatrequiresomeactionby the
operator.TheLEDsprovidean"ata glance"summaryof theprinter's
status.
This informationmay be aboutthe printer'soperatingstatus— the
screenmay say

or an amberlightmay indicate"datato
beprinted".Thescreenaisoinformsyouof thenextoptionforsetting
yourprintinginstructions andconfirmsthatyouhavemadea selection,
