StatusSheetDescription:
Youcan tellseveralthingsabouttheprinter'ssettingsbyjust looking
at theprint,withoutreadinganyof it. First(andobviously) theprinter
is operating,whichis oftenespeciallycomfortingnewsto a first-time
user. Second,thepageis printedin
theportrait
orientation.Thatis,
the printingruns on the page the way portraitsare usuallypainted,
higherthan they are wide. When the printedarea is widerthan it is
high,theorientationisreferred.toas
iandscape.
If theprinteris setfor
landscapeorientation, t he sampleis printedthatway.
