When the printeris Off Line, holding[RESET] tells the printerto
discardanyinformation thathasnotyetbeenprintedandto restartthe
printer by loading Initial RAM settings into Current RAM (the
memory the printer is always workingfrom) The action will be
confirmedby the message"REINITIALIZE"on the displayscreen.
Before this takes effect, any printing already in process will be
completed.
WhentheprinterisintheProgrammode,ENTER] hastwofunctions.
First,it displaysitemsin thenexthigherlevel. Second,if thereis no
higherlevel,it selectsthe valuewithan @.

To startusingtheProgrammode,you mustfirsttake the printerOff
Line,thatis,pressthe[ONLINE] buttonso thattheamberlightis 01.
Thenpress[PROGRAM]. Theprinterwillthendisplayonthescreen
PROGRAMMODE.the firstof the availableprogrammingchoices
for theoperatorto make.
Withina programming sequence, p ressing[EXIT] takestheprogram-
mingMenuto the nexthigherlevel. If the sequenceis alreadyat the
highestlevel,pressing[EXIT] causesthe controlpanel to leavethe
Programmodeand displayPRINTERREADY.
LightIndicators:
Whentheprinteris fwstturnedon,all five of theLED indicatorswill
go on. Then ALARM,DATA, and PRINT will then go oN,to be
activatedonlytoindicatespecificfunctionsorthepnnter'sstatus. For
