The StarLaserPrinter8's testprintprovidesa completesummaryof
whatit is currentlycapableof doingfor you. It showsthe qualityof
theprintingoftext. It summarizestheprinter'sconfiguration, i nclud-
ing amountof memoryand whichfontsare installedor available. It
explainshow theprintedpagewill lookat the currentsettings. This
includespapersize,pageorientation, a ndwhetherthetextis centered
onthepageoroffsetforleftandrightpages.Ittellswhethertheparallel
or serial interface is active, and what the settings are for serial
communication, s houldit becomeactive.
