Cause
Paper output tray is closed or it has not opened.
What to Do
Make sure there are no materials which is preventing the paper output tray from moving and that the
cassette 1 is inserted properly.
Open the paper output tray and tap OK on the touch screen.
Important
• Do not close the paper output tray while the machine is in operation.
