11. Touch [Exit] on the Service Mode screen.
12. Turn OFF the main power switch, wait for 10 sec., then turn the switch ON.
13. Make a copy of the chart again and check that the difference in the widths of a falls
within the specified range.

1. Place the chart [1] in the document
feed tray (with the side having an
arrow facing up).
2. Make a full size copy of the chart.
3. Check that the difference in the
widths of b between the chart and
the copy sample falls within the
specified range.
Specifications: 0 ± 2 mm
4. If the difference in the width of b falls
outside the specified range, make
the following adjustment.
