• In sert the sp ring into th e ca m chain tensioner and
tighten the spring holder bolt

VALVE INSPECITON CAP
• Before installing the valve inspection caps, coa t the
re spective O-rings with grease.
CAUTION :
Replace the respective C-rings with new ones.
OIL PIPE
• Set the oil pipe

to the cushion. and bend the
clamp as shown in the itlustration.

• Tighten the union bolts

to the specifi ed torque .
Tightening torque : 18 - 23 N 'm

CAUTION:
When tightening the union bolts , use the stoppers (5 rnm
and 9 mml as shown in the illustration .
CAUTION :
Use new gaskets
