• Decide the width between the webs referring to the figure
below when rebuilding the crankshaft .

• When mounting the c rankshaft to the crankcase. it is
necessary to pull its left end into the c rankcase w ith the
special tool.

CAUTION :
Never fit the crankshaft into the crankcase by tapping it with
a plastic hammer. Always use the special tool. otherwise
crankshaft alignment accuracy will be affected .
BALANCERSHAFT AND GEARS
• When installing the balan cer drive gear and driven gear.
align the three punched marks.
OIL PIPE
Install the oil pipe to the crankcase .
NOTE:
Use the new O·rings.
