• Remove the main jet
CD.
• Remove the starter plunger.
• Remove the throttle valve by removing the screws
®.
• Remove the throttle valve shaft and return spring by
removing the E-ring

INSPECTION AND ADJUSTMENT
Check foHowing items for any damage or clogging .
• Pilot jet .. Starter jet
, Main jet .. Gasket and O-ring
• Main air jet .. Throttle shaft oil seal
.. Pilot air jet .. Diaph ragm
.. Needle jet air bleeding hole .. Pilot outlet and by-pass holes
