OVERSIZE PISTON RINGS
The following two types of oversize piston ring s are used.
They bear the following identification numbers.

OVERSIZE Oil RINGS
The following two types of over size oil rings are used , They
bear the following iden t ification marks .

Painted red
1.0 mm 0.5.

OVERSIZE RAil
Just measure out side diameter to identify th e side rail as
there is no m ark or number on it.
PISTON PIN AND PIN BORE
Using a ca liper gauge , measure the piston pin bore inside
diameter, and using a micrometer mea sure the piston pin
out si de diameter. If the difference between the these two
measurements is more than the limits, replace both piston
and piston pin .

Service Limit: 20.030 mm (0 .7886 in)
PISTON PIN 0_0 _
Service Limit: 19.980 mm (0 .7866 in)
