This command is valid at level-1 and level-2 at the same time by
default.
This command is supported after platform version 4.6.02.
The time interval of IS-ISv6's transmitting two continual hello
packets on DIS interfaces is 1/3 of the hello-interval on non-DIS
interfaces. If some interface is elected as a DIS one, the hello-in-
terval is 3.3 seconds.
If the router receives the LSP with the maximum sequence number
transmit by itself, it will be in the "suspend" status. If the param-
eter minimal is used, the hello lifetime is one second. And the
time interval of IS-ISv6's transmitting two continual hello packets
is the result of the hello lifetime divided by the hello-multiplier.
For example, if the ipv6 isis hello-interval minimal command
is configured and the hello-multiplier is 3, the hello-interval will be
333 milliseconds.
This example describes how to configure the hello-interval at
level-1 as 20 seconds and then restore default.
ZXR10(config)#interface fei_1/1

isis hello-multiplier

isis hello-multiplier

Use this command to configure the hello multiplier of IS-ISv6 on
some interface. Restore default with the no form of this command.

This command is valid at level-1 and level-2 at the same time by
default.
This command is supported after platform version 4.6.02.
The hello lifetime is obtained by multiplying the hello-multiplier
and the hello-interval. For instance, the hello-interval is 10 sec-
onds and the hello-multiplier is 3, the hello life time is 30 seconds.
If the configuration of the hello-interval includes the parameter
minimal, the hello life time will be one second. The hello-interval
is obtained by dividing 1 by the hello-multiplier.
