This example describes how to configure the aging time as 20
hours.

ipv6 nd suppress-ra

Use this command to suppress IPv6 router advertisement trans-
missions on the interface. Reenable the sending of IPv6 router
advertisement transmissions on the interface with the no form of
this command.
Interface configuration

ipv6 nd suppress-ra

no ipv6 nd suppress-ra
Router Advertisements transmissions are disabled on interfaces by
default.
This command is supported after the platform version 4.6.02.
Router advertisement transmissions can be configured on Ether-
net interfaces, while router advertisement transmissions cannot
be configured on point-to-point interfaces.
By default, router advertisement transmissions are disabled on in-
terfaces. Therefore, there is no response for any received router
request. If it is sure that router requests need processing and
router advertisement transmissions need sending on local inter-
face, it is recommended to enable the router advertisement trans-
missions on the interface.
This example describes how to enable router advertisement trans-
missions.
ZXR10(config)#interface fei_3/1
ZXR10(config-if)#no ipv6 nd suppress-ra
show ipv6 interface
debug ipv6 nd

ipv6 route

Use this command to configure an IPv6 static route, for which the
administrative distance can be specified. Delete the static route
with the no form of this command.
