show ipv6 mtu

Use this command to display information about MTU cache list of
IPv6 path.

show ipv6 mtu

This command is supported after the platform version 4.6.02.
After a router receives the "packet too big" ICMP packet from an-
ther router, it will add the corresponding entry in its path MTU
cache to control the length of packets sent to the destination. This
command displays the information about path MTU cache list.
This example describes how to display information about MTU
cache list of IPv6 path.

Management status/protocol status of the
interface: up or down
Address of the interface
Status of the address: duplicate: duplicate
address, which means there is another node
adopting the address. Tentative: Temporary
address, which means DAD, has not been
completed.

Short for Maximum Transmission Unit,
usually the value of MTU in the "packet too
big" message, which means the MTU value
supported by the path
Time since the cache list entry is generated
Time before the cache list entry times out
