RFA information requirements for new
installations
You need the following information before going to the RFA Web site:
•
Your personal Single Sign-On (SSO) for RFA Web site authentication login.
•
SAP order number
•
Required customer information
•
Serial number of one of the TN2312BP Internet Protocol Server Interface (IPSI) circuit packs
chosen to be the reference IPSI for the license.
•
Access to the RFA Information page for these items (if not already installed on your PC):
— Internet Explorer 5.0 or higher installed on the services laptop
— Intranet access to the RFA Web site.

Going to the RFA Web site

The RFA Web site automates some of the installation procedures, including generating license and Avaya
authentication files. Go to http://rfa.avaya.com.
