4. Optional fields in a command are enclosed in square brackets [], for example, year, month and day are
optional in the following command. This command just displays the date if you don't specify the year, month
and day parameters.
sys date [year month day]
5. Commands can be abbreviated to the smallest unique string that differentiates the command. For example the
"system date" command could be abbreviated to "s d".
6. Type "help" or "?" to display a list of valid commands or type a command followed with "help" or "?" to
display a list of associated subcommands.

DESCRIPTION
Retrieves the date and time from
the time server specified in the
web configurator.
Sets or displays the system's
current date.
Edits the system preset text file
such as autoexec.net.
Displays a list of the device's
major features.
Sets or displays the system name.
Clears the error log.
Shows the error log.
Enables/disables the error log to
be displayed on screen.
Sets or displays the management
terminal idle timeout value.
Sets or displays the system time.
Sets the level of detail that should
be displayed. Use "parse" to
display the most detail and "disp"
to display the least.
