Description: The CFEB or CFEB-E is not functioning normally.
To troubleshoot the CFEB or CFEB-E:
Make sure the CFEB or CFEB-E is properly seated in the midplane. Use a Phillips
screwdriver to ensure that the screws on the CFEB or CFEB-E handles are securely
tightened.
Check the alarm LEDs on the FIC. A CFEB or CFEB-E failure generates a red alarm.
