Slope distance. dSD is to stake out differences between
slope distances.
Northing. dN is to stake out differences between
north-coordinates.
Easting. dE is to stake out differences between
East-coordinates.
Elevation. dZ is to stake out differences between
Z-coordinates

starting point to the terminal.
