13 When the cart is on the floor, ensure all of the frame feet are threaded
snugly all the way inwards (upwards). You may need an 8-mm (5/16-in.)
allen key to turn the shafts from the inside end.
14 Keep the screws, brackets, packing, and pallet in case the frame must be
returned.
