Inspect the contents of the package for shipping damages. For a list of package contents see the
invoice shipped with your order.
Report any damage or missing items to your distributor or reseller. Keep the package and its
contents for inspection if required for loss or damage claim.

Room option in Avaya Spaces:
• The web client asks for the verification code that Avaya Room System XT Series displays.
• The Avaya Spaces Room mobile application asks to scan the QR code or enter the
verification code that Avaya Room System XT Series displays.
When you enter the verification code or scan the QR code, Avaya Room System XT Series joins
the meeting as a guest.
