    Before you begin Ensure that you have the mounting brackets. The bracket is part of the Avaya XT Telepresence package. We strongly suggest labeling cables during the system setup to avoid confusion for components and their cables: Primary camera, Primary camera cable, Auxiliary-L camera, Auxiliary-L camera cable, Auxiliary-R camera and Auxiliary-R camera cable.

Attach the plate to the wall with three screws. You may need to first mark the position of each hole on the wall with a pencil to drill holes depending on your environment.

    Calibration Application About this task Before using the Avaya XT Telepresence, you need to calibrate the cameras and monitors using the Scopia Telepresence Calibration application. You can download and install the calibration application to a laptop (PC or Mac) by remotely accessing the web interface of one of the Avaya XT5000 Series endpoints in the telepresence system.

    During this procedure you use the calibration application to calibrate the cameras and monitors of the Avaya XT Telepresence so that the images are aligned and can be stitched together to create the full telepresence effect.
