Content sharing on H323 calls
The XT Series receives the video content mixed together with the live video stream.
To receive it as a dual screen content, the XT Series should be publicly accessible or you should:
• Set 1:1 NAT configuration on the NAT firewall network equipment. This is only for the local
device's ephemeral UDP ports.
• Enable the NAT Traversal option on the XT Series.
Alternatively, you can activate an Application Layer Gateway (ALG) for H323 support on the NAT
firewall network equipment. This will not work successfully if you do not update the ALG software.

Audio/Video/Content
To receive audio/video/content in SIP (when not registered) and H.323 calls, you must open the
appropriate ports in the FW/NAT of your network. For more information, see the WebEx
instructions available at
Traffic-on-My-Network.
You must also open the NAT/FW ports that are specific for SIP and H323 media, (TCP and UDP),
as described in the Security port matrix. Ensure that you check the known issues with WebEx.
To receive audio/video/content in SIP (when not registered) and H.323 calls, you must open the
device ports in the FW/NAT of your network, following WebEx instructions available at:
help.webex.com/en-us/WBX264/How-Do-I-Allow-Webex-Meetings-Traffic-on-My-Network.
You must also open the NAT/FW ports that are specific for SIP and H323 media (TCP and UDP)
as described in the Security port matrix.
Incoming audio/video (H323/SIP calls)
The device does not receive audio/video even if the call is established and the local audio and
video are received by the remote.
To receive it as a dual screen content, the XT Series should be publicly accessible or you should:
• Set 1:1 NAT configuration on the NAT firewall network equipment. This is only for the local
device's ephemeral UDP ports.
• Enable the NAT Traversal option on the XT Series.
