Disabling live-streaming

About this task
Avaya recommends removing the RTMP key from your endpoint when you no longer wish to
activate a live streaming session. Also, you should remove the key before disabling the feature.
Procedure
1. Delete the key from the Key field.
• From the XT Series web interface, select Administrator Settings > Utilities >
Streaming and delete the key from the Key field.
• From the endpoint, select Configure > Streaming and delete the key from the Key
field.
2. Disable the RTMP field.
• From the XT Series web interface, remain on the same page and set the Enable Field
to No.
• From the endpoint, select Configure > Advanced > Utilities > Streaming and set the
Enable Field to No.
3. From the web interface only, select Save.

Calendar integration

Your XT Series can integrate with a Microsoft Outlook calendar using Microsoft Exchange Web
Services (EWS). There are three different modes of operation:
• Personal account mode: Use this mode to see your personal calendar on the XT Series
endpoint.
• Video endpoint account mode: Use this mode to create a standard email account for your
XT Series endpoint. You can invite the endpoint to the meeting as an attendee. You can use
these account details to see all meetings for which the endpoint is invited as an attendee.
