Activate a Flight Plan
Once a flight plan is defined using the Flight Plan
Catalog Page it can be activated for navigation. Activating
the flight plan overwrites any previous information at that
location.
To activate (begin to navigate) an existing
flight plan:
Press the FPL key and turn the small FMS knob

Press the FMS knob to activate the cursor.
Turn the large FMS knob to highlight the

desired flight plan and press the MENU key to
display the Flight Plan Catalog Page options.
Turn the large FMS knob to highlight 'Activate

Flight Plan' and press the ENT key.

An 'Activate stored flight plan?' confirmation
window is displayed. With OK highlighted,
press the ENT key to activate the flight plan. To
cancel the flight plan activation, turn the large
FMS knob to highlight 'CANCEL' and press the
ENT key.

Stop Navigating a Flight Plan
To stop navigating a flight plan:

Press the FPL key and turn the small FMS knob
to display the Flight Plan Catalog Page.
Press the FMS knob to activate the cursor.
Turn the large FMS knob to highlight the
desired flight plan and press the MENU key to
display the Flight Plan Catalog Page options.
Turn the FMS knob to highlight 'Delete Flight
Plan' and press the ENT key. A 'Delete Flight
Plan' confirmation window is displayed. With
'OK' highlighted, press the ENT key to delete
the flight plan. To cancel the flight plan dele-
tion, turn the large FMS knob to highlight
'CANCEL' and press the ENT key.
