1. Removing the Parts from Basic Console
1-1. Carrier assembly
(1) Move the carrier assembly to the height that facilitate
the installation work. Fix the carrier assembly by
inserting screwdriver tip or the like into the Y rail.

. When moving the transfer assembly, be sure to hold
the Y rail with hands.
. Do not apply any force to the drive block and the
fragile parts (such as hand assembly and belt) that
can be easily damaged.
. When fixing the carrier assembly by inserting
screwdriver tip, be careful not to pinch the harness
between the screwdriver and carrier assembly.

(2) Remove the three connectors of the harness that is
located under the carrier assembly.

(3) Loosen the hexagonal head cap bolts (M4 x 8) that fix
the robot cable assembly and remove the robot cable
assembly in the direction of the arrow.
