2. Table top
Removal
1. Open the drive stage panel. (Refer to "1. Drive stage
panel".)
2. Remove the six screws.
3. Remove the table top.

Installation
Reattach the table top in reverse order of disassembling.

Removal
1. Remove the drive stage panel. (Refer to "1. Drive
stage panel".)
2. Remove the four screws.
3. Remove the stage panel supports (U).

4. Remove the six screws (PWH4 x 12).
5. Remove the two hexagonal head cap bolts (M4 x 8).
6. Remove the stage panel support assembly.

Be careful not to drop the φ 6 poly washer. If it is
dropped, insert it into the pin as shown in the figure.

Installation
Reattach the stage panel supports in reverse order of
disassembling.
