Procedure
1. Go to the audio codes URL and click Configuration > VoIP > SIP Definitions > General
Parameters.
2. Set Enable TCP Connection Reuse to Enable.
3. Click Submit.

1. Go to the audio codes URL and click Configuration > VoIP > SAS > Stand Alone
Survivability.
2. Set SAS Connection Reuse to Enable.
3. Click Submit.

Enabling Record Route in invite messages

Procedure
1. Go to the audio codes URL and click Configuration > VoIP > SAS > Stand Alone
Survivability.
2. Set Enable Record-Route to Enable.
3. Click Submit.
