Operator access and access rights

User category

There are various user categories. Each category has its own rights for operating the system.
What does this
mean?
· Each user category is assigned a particular authorization level.
Properties
· Each authorization level has its own password.

Password

· The password is made up of up to 8 characters.
Properties
· A password is defined for a particular authorization level.
· It is defined by the service engineer in the system configuration.
A text on the display, requesting the password.

prompt
The user enters the password.
Password
input
· The key switch grants access to users with a key. This user does not therefore need a code.
Key switch
· Different authorization levels cannot therefore be accessed.
· The key switch is optional, i.e. it is not always present.
