· yellow for all messages or during operation (is automatically switched off if system is not
being operated)
· dark if there are no danger messages and no user activities are taking place
'ALARM' field
· lights up when there is an alarm signal

· sometimes with function keys
· indicates the operating states of the fire detection system
<Silence buzzer> button
· for deactivating the acoustic indication
<Acknowledge> button
· for confirming that the operator has received a message
· message not acknowledged Üyellow LED flashes
<Reset> button
· to reset all pending alarms
· message acknowledged but not reset Üyellow LED flashes
