Step 3: Adjusting the
synchronisation of the
VCR
You can adjust the synchronisation of your
camcorder and the VCR. Have a pen and paper
ready for notes. Before operation, eject a cassette
from your camcorder.
(1) Insert a blank tape (or a tape you want to
record over) into the VCR, then set to
recording pause.
When you select i.LINK in CONTROL, you
do not need to set to recording pause.
(2) Turn the SEL/PUSH EXEC dial to select
ADJ TEST, then press the dial.
(3) Turn the SEL/PUSH EXEC dial to select
EXECUTE, then press the dial.
IN and OUT are recorded on an image for
five times each to calculate the number
values for adjusting the synchronisation.
The EXECUTING indicator flashes on the
screen.
When finished, the indicator changes to
COMPLETE.
(4) Rewind the tape in the VCR, then start slow
playback.
Take a note of the first number value of each
IN and the closing number value of each
OUT.
(5) Calculate the average of all the first number
values of each IN, and the average of all the
last number values of each OUT.
(6) Turn the SEL/PUSH EXEC dial to select
"CUT-IN", then press the dial.
(7) Turn the SEL/PUSH EXEC dial to select the
average number value of IN, then press the
dial.
The calculated start position for recording is
set.
(8) Turn the SEL/PUSH EXEC dial to select
"CUT-OUT", then press the dial.
(9) Turn the SEL/PUSH EXEC dial to select the
average number value of OUT, then press
the dial.
The calculated stop position for recording is
set.
(10) Turn the SEL/PUSH EXEC dial to select
RETURN, then press the dial.

Stap 3: Bijregelen van de
synchronisatie van de
videorecorder
U kunt de synchronisatie tussen uw camcorder
en de videorecorder bijregelen. Neem pen en
papier om notities te maken. Werp eerst de
cassette uit uw camcorder.
(1) Plaats een blanco (of een voor opnemen
geschikte) videocassette in de videorecorder
en schakel over naar de opnamepauzestand.
Wanneer u i.LINK kiest onder CONTROL,
hoeft u niet over te schakelen naar de
opnamepauzestand.
(2) Draai aan de SEL/PUSH EXEC regelknop
om in te stellen op ADJ TEST, en druk de
regelknop in.
(3) Draai aan de SEL/PUSH EXEC regelknop
om in te stellen op EXECUTE, en druk de
regelknop in.
IN en OUT worden 5 maal op het beeld
opgenomen om de waarden te berekenen
voor het bijregelen van de synchronisatie.
De EXECUTING indicator knippert op het
scherm.
Na afloop van de opname gaat de
aanduiding over in COMPLETE.
(4) Spoel de band terug in de videorecorder, en
begin de vertraagde weergave.
Noteer de beginwaarde van elke IN en de
eindwaarde van elke OUT.
(5) Bereken het gemiddelde van alle
beginwaarden van elke IN, en het
gemiddelde van alle eindwaarden van elke
OUT.
(6) Draai aan de SEL/PUSH EXEC regelknop
om in te stellen op CUT-IN, en druk de
regelknop in.
(7) Draai aan de SEL/PUSH EXEC regelknop
om de gemiddelde IN waarde te kiezen, en
druk vervolgens de regelknop in.
Het berekende beginpunt voor opname
wordt ingesteld.
(8) Draai aan de SEL/PUSH EXEC regelknop
om in te stellen op CUT-OUT, en druk de
regelknop in.
(9) Draai aan de SEL/PUSH EXEC regelknop
om de gemiddelde OUT waarde te kiezen,
en druk vervolgens de regelknop in.
Het berekende eindpunt voor opname
wordt ingesteld.
(10) Draai aan de SEL/PUSH EXEC regelknop
om in te stellen op
