LUBRICATION
When inner parts of the steering gear case were disassembled, they should be washed clean before reassembly.
It is recommended to use the grease to the indicated area as shown below.
GREASE: SUZUKI SUPER GREASE E (99000-25050) or Lithium grease (applicable for –405C -1305C (1045F
– 2665F))
TIE-ROD END
D Inspect for play in ball joint.
D Inspect for play in rack end ball joint.
In either case, if found defective, replace.
