Function
This command writes the ID code to the RF Tag in the communications range.

Gives the tag-specific information according

The upper 5 bits are the EPC word length.
[1 to 31]: EPC
All bytes of the EPC code section that
exceed the EPC word length in the
StoredPC are filled with 00 hex.
