0000 to 001F hex (1 to 31)

The value is counted up due to a change in
the update counter.

EPC code
Gives the tag-specific information according
to Gen2 standards.
EPC data equivalent to the word size speci-
fied in the EPC length is set.

The upper 5 bits are the EPC word length.
[1 to 31]: EPC
All bytes of the EPC code section that
exceed the EPC word length in the
StoredPC are filled with 00 hex.
