D4 Frame Type
To provision Port 2 as an output port with a frametype of D4, SSM disabled, and to
enable the port:
1. Login at the Admin or Config-user level.

set output state port2 enable
ESF Frame Type
To provision Port 2 as an output port with a frametype of ESF, SSM enabled,
SSM-bit of 6, and to enable the port:

set output ssm port2 enable
5. Type
