Failure to observe the tightening torque may alter
the coupling clearance between the rotors and the
pump body.
Locking torques (N*m)
Screws fixing oil pump to crankcase 5 ÷ 6
- Fit the countershaft with the gearing to the fly-
wheel-side crankcase half.
- Install the specific tool at the position shown in
the figure
Specific tooling
020479Y Countershaft lock wrench
- Keep the countershaft in position and insert the
washer with the nut.
- Tighten the nut to the prescribed torque using the
recommended product.
- Remove the specific tool.
