Engine
Removing the hub bearings
- Check all bearings for correct conditions (wear,
clearance and noise).
If any fault is detected, proceed as follows.
To remove the wheel axle bearing on the engine
crankcase, use the following parts.
Specific tooling
001467Y014 Pliers to extract Ø 15-mm bear-
ings
001467Y034 Pliers to extract Ø 15-mm bear-
ings
001467Y031 Driver
- Use the appropriate extractor to remove the bear-
ing on the engine crankcase of the transmission
shaft.
Specific tooling
001467Y006 Pliers to extract 20-mm bearings
001467Y035 Driver for bearings with OD 47 mm
- Support the hub cover using the stud bolt set.
- Extract the bearing with the specific tool.
Specific tooling
