(destination memory)

Own address
i
You can store your own address in the des-
tination memory, e.g. your home address.
Displaying your own address
Select "Navi"
"Destination"
memory"
"Own address".
If you have stored your address, this
will be displayed. If you have not stored
an address, you can enter the address.
If necessary, you can also change the
address.
Storing or changing your address
i
When storing or changing your address, you
can either enter the address manually or use an
address book entry as your address.
Entering an address manually
To create a new address: select
"Navi"
"Destination"
memory"
"Own address"
with name".
or
To change the address: select "Navi"
"Destination"
"Own address"
with name".
In both cases, the address input menu
appears.
Enter the address. To do this, proceed
as described in the "Entering a destina-
"From
tion by address" section ( page 150).
Select "Save" after entering the ad-
dress.
Your address is stored.
Using the address book entry as your
own address
To create a new address: select
"Navi"
memory"
address book entry".
or
To change the address: select "Navi"
"Destination"
"From
"Own address"
"Save
address book entry".
In both cases, the menu appears for
searching for an address book entry.

Operating systems
Select the desired address book entry.
To do this, proceed as described in the
"Searching for an address book entry"
section ( page 170).
If the selected entry contains all the
necessary data, COMAND stores the
entry in the destination memory as
your address. If some data is missing, a
message will appear stating that the
address is incomplete.
To close the message: select
"OK".
To enter missing data: proceed as de-
scribed in the "Entering a destination
by address" section ( page 150).
Once you have entered the missing da-
ta, COMAND stores the entry in the
destination memory as your address.

Storing after the address has been
entered
Select "Save" after entering the ad-
dress ( page 150).
You can now select storage options.
