Cleaning the Distronic* or Distronic
Plus* cover

1 Distronic/Distronic Plus cover
Turn the key to position 0 in the ignition
lock.
Clean cover 1 in the radiator grille
with water, shampoo and a soft cloth.
!
Do not use dry, coarse or hard cloths and do
not scrub, otherwise you will scratch or damage
the Distronic or Distronic Plus cover.
Restart your vehicle after it has been
cleaned.
Cleaning the Parktronic* sensors
The sensors are located in the front and
rear bumpers.

Clean the sensors in the bumper with
water, car shampoo and a soft cloth.

Do not use dry, coarse or hard cloths and do
not scrub. You will otherwise scratch or damage
the sensors. If you use a high-pressure cleaner
or steam cleaner to clean the sensors, observe
the information issued by the equipment manu-
facturer relating to how much distance should be
maintained between the vehicle and the nozzle
of the cleaner.

The sensors are located below the front
and rear bumpers.
