changed the route type with route guid-
ance active.

COMAND calculates a new route if you
change the route type setting with route guid-
ance active.
If you change the route type setting type when
route guidance is inactive, COMAND uses the
new setting for the next route guidance.
Setting route options

This functions allows you to set specific op-
tions for route calculations (e.g. avoid motor-
ways or tunnels).
Select "Navi" "Navi"
The mode list appears. A
dicates which option is selected. It is
possible to select more than one op-
tion.
To select or deselect the option:
choose the desired option.
The option is selected or deselected,
depending on the previous status.
To exit the menu: slide omp.
COMAND will verify whether it can in-
corporate the options if you selected
them with route guidance active.
If it can, COMAND calculates a new
route while incorporating the options
selected.
If it cannot, a corresponding message
appears in the display.
Select "OK".
