COMAND automatic air conditioning

The components and operating principles of
COMAND can be found on ( page 71).
You can operate the automatic air condi-
tioning using:

COMAND

the buttons on the upper section of the
centre console ( page 304)
Some special air-conditioning functions
can only be set using COMAND.
It is possible to operate the following
functions of the air conditioning using
COMAND:
Temperature
Air distribution
Airflow
To switch off the cooling function and
electric heater booster* ("AC
To control the air conditioning centrally
("Mono")
Footwell temperature
Blower settings for the air vents
Rear air conditioning
Departure time with auxiliary heating
You can access the menu for the automat-
ic air conditioning via the air-conditioning
function line.
