Switching to audio CD, audio DVD or
MP3 mode
Load a CD/DVD ( page 92) or PCM-
CIA card ( page 93).
or
Select "Audio"
"DVD-A" or "MP3".
or
Press the M function button once or
twice.

The function button takes you directly to the
previously set disc mode (audio CD, audio DVD,
MP3-CD or video DVD). The number of times you
have to press the function button depends on
the previously set mode.
Example display in audio CD mode
"Audio", then "CD" or
1 Current playback option
2 Track number
3 Disc number (only for DVD changer*)
4 Disc name (only if stored on the disc)
5 Track name (only if stored on the disc)
6 Track time
7 Graphic time and track display
8 Sound settings
9 Medium selection (not on single CD
drive, "Medium" display on single DVD
drive)
a To call up track listing
b Disc type (not on single CD drive)
c Playback options
