3.8 ELECTRICAL COMPONENTS

3.8.1 CONTROLLER AND BCU

NOTE: 1) Before replacing the BCU, the controller, or the NVRAM, print out the
SMC reports ("SP Mode Data" and "Logging Data").
2) After replacing the BCU or the controller, remove the NVRAM from the
old board and install it on the new board. If the NVRAM on the old board
is defective, replace the NVRAM (☛ 3.8.2).
